Explained weight loss

Just to be clear, a large chunk of my weight loss is due to the following factors:

2006 - 2007
172-159 lbs. due to change in diet.

January 2008 - July 2008
159-149 lbs. due to exercise with personal trainer, riding bike to work a few days a week, and further change in diet. Note: I also gained muscle mass during this time, which weighs more than fat. This was tracked by loss of inches in various parts of my body.

August 2008 - January 2009 (post brain surgery 1.0)
149-143 lbs. due to loss in muscle mass, continued healthy diet, and light exercise from walking.

February 2009 - now (post brain surgery 2.0)
143-139-ish lbs. due to continued healthy diet, further muscle loss, and loss of appetite and occasional puking during chemo week. This really means that when I started working out with the trainer I healthily lost 16 lbs. over 6-7 months.

Feel free to convey this information to any concerned parties.
