I am done “supporting breast cancer”

I haven't been obsessing over my own cancer for the past month.

Maybe this has something to do with the overwhelming amount of Pink propaganda that comes with Pinktober, and breast cancer awareness month.

My local grocery chain is running a promotion all month asking for "donations to breast cancer.”

“Would you like to donate to breast cancer?”

Um, no. I don't want to donate to breast cancer.

However, I wouldn't mind donating to breast cancer research. That said, I've already been hit up for breast cancer 10 times this month, and paid $25 to walk in a 5k for breast cancer.
