The breakfast of champions

My super smoothie
More like the Breakfast of Liz.
I am not a nutritionist, but I can tell you from experience that no matter how I feel on chemo I still want to drink this tasty protein shake for breakfast every single day. Sometimes this is all I want for dinner too.
Tasty protein shake
  • 8 cubes ice
  • 1 cup milk (I use soy, almond, or rice milk, but you can use whatever you want)
  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 2 teaspoons flax seed oil
  • 1/2 banana
  • Put in blender, and mix until tasty
My milkshake may not "bring all the boys to the yard" but it is worlds better than one of those nasty Ensure shakes.
